Shipping Methods & Costs

InVite Health currently offers Economy shipping at the rate of $6.99 for orders under $35 and Second Day shipping at a rate of $11.99. Free economy shipping is automatically applied to pre-tax orders of $35 or more at checkout.

For Second Day shipping, all orders placed before 2:00 P.M. EST on Monday through Friday will be delivered within two business days, pending credit card verification. Any order made on the weekend will be delivered by Tuesday. Please note, business days are Monday through Friday.

Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you during checkout.

Most orders will be packed and shipped within 48 hours, pending verification of billing information and the shipping method selected. This excludes all orders placed on major US holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

Economy and Second Day shipping are available within the continental United States only. To inquire about orders outside of the continental U.S., including Hawaii, Alaska,  Puerto Rico and Guam, please contact customerservice@invitehealth.com.

Buy Online, Pick Up In Store

We currently offer the ability to buy online and pickup instore at select locations. Store pickup is valid only at the specific store selected by customer when placing order, during the store’s normal operating hours and only for orders confirmed via In-Store Order Pickup Notification email. Most orders are ready within one business day; however, please allow for extra processing time on large orders. Subject to availability. Minimum purchase requirements may apply; see cart for delivery options. Due to current events and high volume, orders may be delayed.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Items

InVite Health is not responsible for any items that are damaged or stolen after delivery. However, should any of your products become lost, stolen or damaged during transit, we will either issue a replacement or provide a refund to your original form of payment. To initiate this process, you will be asked to provide evidence of the lost or damaged items to our customer service team. Backordered Items

All in-stock products generally ship within 48 hours of the order being placed.  Backordered items are usually shipped within 3-7 business days. We do not charge for backordered items until they ship. Once available, the back-ordered item(s) will ship to the customer for free. A pending authorization will be placed on your account while we are waiting on your item to arrive if you paid by credit card or PayPal. You may contact customer service to cancel your backordered items prior to receiving a shipping notification. If you cancel your backordered item, pre-authorizations generally drop from your credit card within 7 business days, but for specific time frames, we suggest you contact your banking institution. If you used a gift card, the funds will be returned to the original gift card.
