Refund policy

At InVite health Inc, we believe your path to wellness should include 100% satisfaction, guaranteed. If you are unhappy with your purchase or have a problem with your order, we want to make it right.

For new, unopened items ordered on InViteHealth.com, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return on InViteHealth.com, please visit our homepage and select "Start a Return" at the bottom of the page or click here. We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@invitehealth.com.

For opened products ordered on InViteHealth.com, we accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery in exchange for credit on InViteHealth.com in the form of an eGift card. To initiate a exchange on InViteHealth.com, please visit our homepage and select "Start a Return" at the bottom of the page or click here. We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the exchange was approved. If approved, you will be automatically issued an eGift card to the email address associated with your InViteHealth.com account.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items marked as "Final Sale" or gift cards.

InVite does not cover any shipping costs necessary to return your product. Additionally, we can't refund any shipping costs you may have paid when the order was placed. Except in instances where you were shipped the wrong product.

We do not currently provide exchanges via InViteHealth.com. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
